We will help guide each individual to understand their identity—how they were uniquely made and what their unique superpower is (we all have one!). We will help you discover the true “why” behind all that you do, so that not only your business, but your entire life, is driven by deep and fulfilling purpose and mission.
FAMILY
All families look different. Family could be a spouse, children, parents, siblings, or extended family. Family could also be friends, neighbors, or co-workers. If you engage with Service Star Painters® in any form, you are now part of our family. Whatever family means to you, we want to help strengthen and support that unit. Business is difficult in and of itself. We will do everything in our power to promote a strong and healthy family life, enabling us to support our families well and allowing them to be a pillar of support in return.
COMMUNITY
We encourage everyone to be involved in community with others such as friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers in order to share life, enjoy some fun and recreation, and build a strong support network. In addition, it is very important to us that franchisees engage in giving back and helping to meet the needs of their local community. Areas of focus for this are poverty alleviation, serving the homeless, supporting first responders and veterans, orphan care, and fighting human trafficking.
HEALTH
We take health very seriously. Without good health, almost nothing else matters, or can work properly. We strive to help equip each individual to be the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally so they are able to operate their business to the fullest and engage in a rewarding and fulfilling life.
WEALTH
Many Americans are crushed by debt and crippled by lack of proper financial planning. Not properly managing finances can be the death of a business and detrimental to an individual or family. We work to help each of our franchisees be fiscally responsible with all areas of their finances in order to provide well for their families, eliminate debt, plan for the future, give generously, and be good stewards of all they have.
WORK
Running a business can be very challenging and if allowed, can consume all areas of your life, especially your time. While the necessary time needs to be put in to run and grow a business, there are healthy systems, boundaries, and priorities that can be put into place so that work itself does not become overwhelming and take over all other important areas of life. We focus on work/life integration so that all areas of life are properly maintained and pursued with a healthy balance.
