How to Get Started
STEP 1

SCHEDULE AN INTRODUCTION CALL
Your journey begins with a simple inquiry. Fill out our contact form and schedule an Introduction Call with our Franchise Deveopment team to learn more!
STEP 2

Introduction call
During the Introduction Call, you will receive a brief overview of who we are and what we do. We will ask a few basic questions to get to know you better and determine if we are a good fit to continue the Franchise Process. The call is simple, short, and always an enjoyable experience!
STEP 3

Due Diligence
This is a time for both of us to learn more about each other and see if we are a great fit! Attend approximately 2 to 3 calls and webinars (about 30-60 minutes each). You will see market studies on your area and learn more about the industry. We will begin the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) review process and you will also have the opportunity to complete a personality assessment and review the results.
STEP 4

Discovery Day
Along with other prospective candidates you get to meet our entire team for the day - in person or virtual. You will learn more about our company and our culture, finalize your business plan and territory, and have some fun!
STEP 5

Award The Franchise
Review and sign the Franchise Agreement and then lets celebrate! From here you will set up your new company and follow our start up checklist for success, as well as begin the onboarding process.
STEP 6

Training and support
Welcome to the Service Star Painters® family! You’ll benefit from our comprehensive training covering every aspect of our business as well as our ongoing support and coaching.
